The Gosselin has been documented by the American Real Estate University as a "REO Specialist," a designation which requires an concentrated course of study and assessment to complete. Less than 1 percent of all real-estate licensees have earned this gratitude and Gosselin is the first in York County to have achieved this designation.The American Real Estate University (AREU) is a specialized association included of real estate professionals and affiliates focused on real-estate education.
