The real estate and mortgage insurance and settlement services provider appointed Mark Valdes as chief financial officer and Mark Seaton as senior vice president, finance. Seaton had joined the company from BancBoston Capital in 2006.
STANDARD & POOR'S FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC
Normal & Poor's chosen Grace Osborne as business head for U.S. mortgages within prearranged finance ratings. Previous to this she was organization director of the insurance ratings team. Osborne is replaced by Greg Gaskell, organization director, as lead logical manager and head of the North America insurance put into practice.
