Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. today announces that it will contribute in the BMO Capital Markets 2010 North American Real Estate Conference in Chicago, Illinois.
Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. is a fully integrated real estate asset trust which focuses first and foremost on the ownership, process, development and redevelopment of "bread and butter"® supermarket anchored shopping centers in coastal mid Atlantic and New England states.
The corporation currently owns (both exclusively or in joint venture) and manages around 13.4 million square feet of GLA at 119 shopping center properties, of which more than 75% are fastened by supermarkets and/or drugstores with average remaining lease terms of around 11 years.
