Real estate Company Minrav assets wants to bring Wal-Mart to Israel, and is demeanor first discussions with the American retail giant, TheMarker has educated.
Minrav is not appearing to hold permission, though. Rather, it wants to construct stores that would meet Wal-Mart's needs and then lease or sell them absolute to the company.
Minrav,which is controlled by Abraham Kuznitsky, move toward Wal-Mart several months ago about entering the Israeli Real estate marketplace. The Israeli firm has been looking for out fitting sites to build a branch of the discount section store, and is bearing in mind both land it already owns and land owned by other parties.
