Real estate News: It’s been a puzzling month for the Shops of Grand Avenue, the anxious mall in the heart of Milwaukee’s business district.
It in progress with a tiny ad Oct. 7 in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel announcing that a saver was auctioning off its interests in the mall, prompt some to think the whole mall was being auctioned off.
Turns out —as my Real estate Business paper colleague Rich Kirchen first report — Five Mile Capital Partners was auctioning off its minority notice in the property.
