Steve Ozonian has been named leader executive of RealEstate.com, the online real estate exchange separation of Tree.com and a sister business of LendingTree.It is a recently created place.
Ozonian has held management posts that include CEO of Realtor.com, as well as national homeownership supervisory for Charlotte-based Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC). As an associate of Tree.com’s board since 2008, Ozonian helped develop RealEstate.com and Tree.com and its relations of brands.
“Steve has been a fantastic asset to us as a Tree.com board member, and I’m detective novel he’ll be leading our RealEstate.com business,” says Doug Lebda, chairman and CEO of Charlotte-based Tree.com. “His diverse skill in all key mechanism of the homeownership process, both online and offline, make him a natural fit to lead the corporation.
