American Realty Investors, Inc., a Dallas-based real estate asset company, today reported results of operations for the third district ended September 30, 2010. ARL announce today that the Company reported net loss appropriate to common shares of $36.5 million or $3.17 per weak earnings per share, as compared to a net loss appropriate to ordinary shares of $46.3 million or $4.02 per diluted earnings per share for the same period broken 2009.
Letting and other possessions revenues were $122.7 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2010. This represents a decrease of $2.9 million, as compare to the prior period revenues of $125.6 million.
