A real estate asset, management and rental company, headquartered in Houston, Texas is satisfied to make known that Steven M. Speier, Director of Receivership, Bankruptcy and Litigation Services for American Spectrum Realty Management, LLC ("ASRM"), continues to serve in his capability as Chapter 11 Trustee in eight land growth cases in which the SunCal Companies of California are the developer and a variety of Lehman Holding entities of New York are the lender and/or investor.The project consists of over 4,000 acres of prime real estate above all located in southern California. The properties have been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy since 2008 and Mr. Speier has served in his aptitude as Chapter 11 Trustee since January 2009. Mr. Speier is also at present serving as Receiver in a mixture of in commission businesses and real estate cases as well as a Chapter 7 and 11 Trustee on numerous insolvency cases.
