American Spectrum Realty, Inc, a real estate asset, management and leasing company, headquartered in Houston, Texas announced today that it’s wholly owned auxiliary, American Spectrum Realty organization, LLC ("ASRM"), employees Steven M. Speier as Director of Receivership, Bankruptcy and Litigation Services.
Mr. Speier will top the Special Assets Group's newly formed Receivership, proceedings and Bankruptcy put into practice. Although the division is new to ASRM, the team's combined experience exceeds 25 years within the receivership commerce.
While understanding an eternally mounting need for the special consideration that real estate assets and the various forms of real estate possession experiences in this challenging time, ASRM required the experience and leadership of Steven M. Speier to lead this extremely technical group.
