Steve Ozonian has been named chief executive of RealEstate.com, the online real estate exchange division of Tree.com and a sister commerce of LendingTree.
It is a recently created position.
Ozonian has held managerial posts that include CEO of Realtor.com, as well as countrywide homeownership administrative for Charlotte-based Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC). As a member of Tree.com’s board since 2008, Ozonian helped increase RealEstate.com and Tree.com and its family of brands.
“Steve has been a marvelous asset to us as a Tree.com board member, and I’m delighted he’ll be leading our RealEstate.com business,” says Doug Lebda, chairman and CEO of Charlotte-based Tree.com. “His diverse knowledge in all key mechanism of the homeownership process, together online and offline, make him a usual fit to lead the company.
